We Believe:
The Holy Scriptures, inspired of God, are the divinely authorized record of the doctrines that Christians are bound to accept and of the moral principles that are to regulate their lives and actions. Interpreted by the Holy Spirit, they are an unfailing source of spiritual truth.
That there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
In the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious, and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory.
That man receives salvation through faith in Jesus Christ and that the presence of saving faith is revealed by a life lived in obedience to the will of God.
That for the salvation of lost, sinful man, regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential.
That the only essential baptism is Christ’s baptism with the Holy Spirit, predicted by John the Baptist, promised by the Lord Jesus himself, and first bestowed upon believers on the day of Pentecost. Christ came to fulfill the Law and left no continuing rites as means of grace to be binding upon Christians.
In the present ministry of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life. “Strive for peace with all men, and for the holiness without which no one will the Lord.” (Hebrews 12:14 RSV)
In the resurrection of both the saved and the lost, they who are saved unto the resurrection of life and they who are lost unto the resurrection of condemnation.
In the spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ.
The chief end of man to be to glorify God.
